You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live.

You keep ownership of the photos you upload.

You confirm that you have the right to upload them and grant Wild Thespian permission to process and store them only as needed to provide your reports and the features you request.

We do not claim ownership of your photos.

Wild Thespian provides interpretive guidance based on the materials you choose to upload.

Reports are intended as educational tools. They are not professional representation, career advice, legal advice, or guarantees of casting outcomes.

No report can fully capture an actor’s abilities, and creative decisions remain yours.

If something didn’t go as expected with your Casting Blueprint purchase, please contact hello@wildthespian.com.

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

We’d much rather have a conversation than leave you frustrated.

Please don’t:

• upload photos of people without their permission
• attempt to disrupt or abuse the service
• resell reports as your own product

Wild Thespian is an evolving product. We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time.

As Wild Thespian grows, these terms may change from time to time.

If we make significant updates, we’ll post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date.
