Privacy Policy

We collect:

• the email address you use to sign in
• the photos you upload
• profile details you choose to provide, such as your preferred medium or dream role
• the reports generated for your account

We use your photos and profile information to generate your casting reports and keep them available in your account.

We may also use aggregated, non-identifying usage information to improve Wild Thespian over time.

Your uploaded photos and reports are private to your account.

We do not sell your personal information, publish your photos, or share your reports with casting directors, agents, managers, or employers.

Some trusted service providers — including hosting, authentication, payment processing, and AI analysis providers — process information on our behalf in order to provide the service.

To generate your reports, Wild Thespian sends the information you choose to upload to trusted AI providers for processing.

Those providers process the information in order to generate your requested analysis. They are not given permission by Wild Thespian to use your information for marketing or to contact you.

You can delete the photos you uploaded for any report from the My Reports page, using the “Delete uploaded photos” control. This permanently removes those image files from our private storage and removes the stored file references from your report. The written report itself remains in your account unless you ask us to delete it.

Photos and reports are kept for as long as your account exists, or until you delete them.

We can’t guarantee immediate removal from routine encrypted infrastructure backups or from logs held by the service providers who process information on our behalf. Those copies expire on the providers’ own retention schedules.

To delete your account and associated reports, email hello@wildthespian.com and we’ll remove them.
